Return and refund policy

  • At MyGiftsCorner, we take great pride in the quality of our fresh flowers, artisanal cakes, and curated gifts. Since many of our products are perishable, we have established the following guidelines to ensure a fair resolution for any issues.


    1. Perishable Goods (Flowers & Cakes)

    Due to their nature, flowers and cakes are not eligible for return. However, we offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

    • Damaged on Arrival: If the flowers are wilted/broken or the cake is damaged upon delivery.

    • Incorrect Item: If you received a completely different product than what you ordered.

    • Quality Issues: If the product does not meet our freshness standards within 24 hours of delivery.

    How to report: You must notify us within [e.g., 12–24] hours of delivery. Please email support@mygiftscorner.in with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product.

    2. Non-Perishable Gifts (Hampers, Jewelry, Keepsakes)

    For non-perishable items, you may request a return or exchange within [e.g., 7 or 14] days of receipt.

    • Items must be in their original packaging and unused.

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

    3. Non-Refundable Situations

    We cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following circumstances:

    • Incorrect Address: If the delivery fails because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

    • Recipient Refusal: If the recipient refuses to accept the delivery.

    • Unsuccessful Delivery: If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery and there is no safe place to leave the item.

    • Change of Mind: Once a cake has been baked or a floral arrangement has been designed, we cannot offer a refund for a simple change of mind.

    4. Cancellations

    • Flowers & Ready-made Gifts: Cancellations are accepted up to [e.g., 24 hours] before the scheduled delivery date.

    • Custom Cakes: Because custom cakes are made to order, cancellations must be made at least [e.g., 24 hours] in advance. Cancellations made after this window may only be eligible for a partial refund to cover ingredient costs.

    5. Refund Process

    Once your request is approved:

    • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within [e.g., 5-10] business days.

    • Replacements will be prioritized and redelivered at the earliest available time slot at no extra cost to you.

    • Substitution Policy: It is common in the flower industry to run out of a specific bloom. You might want to add a small note stating: "We reserve the right to substitute colors or flower varieties of equal or greater value based on seasonal availability."
