1. Product Substitution Policy

Since flowers are seasonal and cakes are handcrafted, exact replicas of website images aren't always possible.

  • Flowers: We reserve the right to substitute flowers with a similar style, color, and value if the specific bloom is unavailable.

  • Cakes: Design, decoration, and shade of frosting may vary slightly.

  • Gifts: If a specific brand of chocolate or gift item is out of stock, we will replace it with an item of equal or higher value.

2. Delivery & Shipping

  • Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and contact number. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

  • Recipient Absence: If the recipient is not available, the delivery person may leave the item with a neighbor, at the front desk (for offices/apartments), or at the door if deemed safe.

  • Specific Timing: While we strive to meet requested time slots, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed due to traffic, weather, or high-demand periods (e.g., Valentine’s Day).

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Perishable Items (Cakes/Flowers): Once the order is "In Process" or "Out for Delivery," cancellations are not accepted.

  • Non-Perishable Items: Cancellations may be accepted if requested at least [e.g., 24-48 hours] before the scheduled delivery.

  • Refunds: Refunds are only issued if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. Claims must be made within [e.g., 4 hours] of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence.

4. Quality & Care

  • Flowers: We guarantee freshness at the time of delivery. Proper care (water, light) is the recipient's responsibility once accepted.

  • Cakes: Cakes should be consumed within [e.g., 24 hours] and stored according to the instructions provided (refrigerated vs. room temperature).

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the distance and urgency.

  • Payments must be cleared before the order is processed.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service or the consumption of our products (including allergic reactions). It is the customer's responsibility to check for food allergies (nuts, gluten, dairy) before ordering.
